He obtained considerable participation from students, acquiring a certain notoriety on a national level. In 1981 the Association adopted a new name, broadening its field of competence. The seminar activity and the edition of the magazine continued. It also began to promote International Congresses held annually, which attracted a wide participation of specialists. Towards the end of the 80s of the 20th century. the Association introduced Dowsing as its main activity.

In 1998 the Association took the name of Cultural Association of Radiesthesia and Radionics Technicians, with the acronym of ACTRA, still with headquarters and activities in Ravenna, appropriately modifying the company statute. The activity was aimed exclusively at Dowsing and numerous related disciplines. The seminar activity and the promotion of International Congresses continued, while the publishing activity declined due to the high costs incurred. It gained a certain national notoriety, so all the students participated in the seminars with satisfaction.

In 2003 the Association was radically transformed with a new Statute, taking on the name of MOSAICO Radiesthesia Studies Cultural Association, still based in Ravenna. The conditions were set for the transformation of the seminars into study courses structured over three years, following a thematic scheme with reference to Dowsing and the disciplines directly connected to it. It promoted the figure of the x-ray operator, who was awarded a specific certificate at the end of the three-year course. Furthermore, the concept of Supervision, both individual and general, was introduced. The in-depth seminars in the post-course period were dedicated to this training sector of the Association. The new Association adopted a different symbol designed appropriately for specific scholastic preparation.
